Compassion in Politics was launched with a conference at All Souls College, University of Oxford. Speakers included Lord Dubs, Prof Danny Dorling, Prof Ala Sirriyeh, Prof Barbara Taylor, Mayor of Sheffield Magid Magid, Julian Baggini, Prof Paul Gilbert, Marina Cantacuzino (founder of the Forgiveness Project), and Joe Delaney from the Grenfell Action Group.
