Dr. Nina Ansary is the author of The Jewels of Allah, a book which worked to dispel many of the myths around the role of women in Iran, and Anonymous is a Woman, a magnificent work charting global female inequality over 4000 years. She is also a UN Women Champion for Global Innovation and a Visiting Professor at the LSE. Nina will be joining us to discuss, among many other things:

• What everyone needs to know about the role of women in Muslim society and how that has changed and continues to change.
